After two months, this 1970s classic has been given a new lease of life: out have gone the armchairs and carpets and in have come colourful tiles and contemporary furniture. And as a result Saraiva's is new from head to toe, dining room to kitchen, under Chef Gonçalo Costa. From Tágide, with whom he shares its running, the chef has reinvented some of the classic dishes, such as Steak à Saraiva, and added some tapas to the menu.
